4. Shipping

• We offer free standard shipping within the continental U.S.
• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and shipped via UPS, USPS, or FedEx.
• Estimated delivery times are provided but not guaranteed. We are not responsible for carrier delays once an item leaves our facility.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is in the same condition as shipped, with the tamper-proof sticker intact.
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after inspection.
• Items damaged during installation, altered, or missing the tamper-proof sticker are not eligible for returns.

6. Warranty Disclaimer

• Texas Headlights does not provide any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
• Some headlights may require programming or module swapping for proper functionality. Buyers are responsible for installation and programming.

Texas Headlights shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or misuse of products purchased through this Site, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
